This project is a mobile application developed as my final thesis, designed as an interactive learning medium for early childhood education. It leverages augmented reality (AR) technology to help students better understand concepts that are difficult to visualize through traditional learning methods.
The application was built based on real needs identified from teachers at a kindergarten, where students often struggled to imagine objects such as animals, especially extinct species like dinosaurs. By integrating AR, the application allows children to visualize these objects in a more engaging and immersive way.
I contributed as a Mobile Developer, responsible for building the application from development to implementation. The app was developed using React Native and TypeScript, designed primarily for Android with the potential for cross-platform expansion to iOS.
The main goal of this project was to support the digital transformation of traditional learning methods into a more interactive and technology-driven experience. Through this application, students were able to engage more effectively with learning materials, improving their understanding and interest during the learning process.
This project was successfully completed as part of my final academic requirement and further developed into a research journal based on a real-world case study
